I really like John Masters Organics hair products and I was curious to try this hair pomade. The winter is coming and frizz is just round the corner due to humid weather. Usually I use organ oil, but I wanted to try something different.
PERFORMANCE: this hair pomade works. The secret is to use a little bit to avoid weighting your hair down and to become a grease ball. work in layers and apply a little bit at a time. It smooths the frizz (wichita reason) and does not weight my hair down. I can use it multiple times a day and the hair is healthy, bouncy and shiny. Overall is a hit … such a shame the scent is not the best.
INGREDIENTS: Olea europaea (olive) oil,* organic apis mellifera (beeswax), mangifera indica (mango) butter, orbygnia speciosa (babassu) oil, simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) seed oil,* triticum vulgare (wheat germ) oil,* laurus nobilis (bay laurel) oil, cedrus atlantica (cedar atlas) oil, abies balsamea (fir balsam) oil,* cryptocaria massoia (massoia) oil, tocopheryl acetate, retinyl palmitate & ascorbyl palmitate (vitamins A, C, E) * Certified Organic
SCENT: unpleasant unforuntaley. It smells of moth repellent due to the cedar wood oil. Luckily it dissipates quickly, but it would be great if John Masters Organics could change the scent.
HOW TO USE IT: use a very tiny bit and work in layers. “Massage” the surface of the tin to get some product and then spread it into your hands. Work the products on your lengths. Repeat the process if required. This hair pomade works better on dry hair.
