Josh Rosebrook Cacao Mask is one of the most difficult products to find as it is always sold out in its travel version. Luckily I got a sample that allowed me to try it before deciding to purchase it or not. The Cacao Mask is what started the whole Josh Rosebrook Skincare line. Performance Usually I love Josh Rosebrook skincare products but this mask did not work for me. In fact, I didn’t notice any difference after I washed it off. I was quite disapppointed. Whilst the Enzyme Exfoliator is fantastic and leaves my skin glowing, the Cacao Mask simply does not show any benefi on my skin. I also find the drying effect very uncomfortable, as well as the strong scent.  My sin does not agree withthe high level of witch hazel and vinegar contained in this product. It is very messy when rinsed out as it gets all the sink dirty. I will not purchase the full size of this product. INGREDIENTS Vitamin Infused Water, *Cacao, *Witch Hazel, *Vinegar, *Almond Oil, †Marula Oil, *Baobab Oil, *Grape Seed Oil, *Avocado Oil, *Jojoba Oil, *Sundflower Oil, *Evening Primrose Oil, *Vegetable Glycerin, *Rose Petal, *Turmeric, *Goji Berry, *Dandelion, *Eyebright, *Rosemary, *Ashwagandha, *Sage, *Beetroot, *Alfalfa, *Black Cohosh, *Raspberry Leaf, *Elderberry, *Chickweed, *Calendula, *Rose Hip, *Hawthorn Berry, *Ginkgo, *Cinnamon, *Marshmallow Root, *Bladderwrack, *Ginger, *Milk Thistle, *St. John’s Wort, *Cat’s Claw, *Licorice, *Lavender,...

I received a sachet of the Fine Deodorant in the version Vetiver Geranium. I tested it in summer as in Milan it is super hot and it is possible to quickly determine if a natural deodorant is working! Performance The first thing that i noticed abut this deodorant is the strong scent: it is persistent and I could detect it during the day (I am super sensitive to scents so I was not very happy). The texture melts very easily and is very refined. A pea size for each armpit is more than enough. It lasts all day and I could not detect any unpleasant odours, even at +35 degrees (Celsius). INGREDIENTS Cocos Nucifera Oil**, Theobroma Cacao Seed Butter**, Sodium Bicarbonate, Glycerin**, Butyrospermum Parkii Butter**, Kaolin, Rhus Verniciflua Peel Cera**, Parfum*/**, Citral*, Eugenol*, Geraniol*, Farnesol*, Linalool*, Cironellol*, Limonene* *100% natural essential oils – ** certified organic quality Warning: This product may contain traces of camphor and eucalyptol. SCENT It is very strong and earthy. I could smell it all day long and it was etremely offputting. HOW TO USE IT Get a peasize and apply it massaging the “paste” on your armpits. avoid to apply it after shaving as it contains backing soda and essentual oils: it may sting. SWATCH The Fine Deodorant has a very refined texture that easily melts into the skin. it is not sticky and...

The Lavera Base Sensitive Cream is one of those products that do perform and that do not cost a fortune. This is a multitasked and can be used after the shower/bath to moisturise the body, as a hand cream, to soothe rough patches.   PERFORMANCE: it does the job. A little goes a long way and it is rather concentrated. i like to apply it in layers as it can be a little bit greasy. I let it dry well (it takes a few minutes) in order to avoid the clothes sticking on my skin. Overall it s...

Summer in Milan is usually very hot with temperature soaring up to +40 degrees (Celsius). That’s why, even if I have dry skin, I do not use a face oil in summer – it woud be too moisturising. My go to foundation is the Cream Foundation by Kjaer Weis. However, it requires a face oil as a base in order to be applied smoothly. I noticed that without a face oil it looked too heavy and it was streaking. Not a good look! In the meantime Hiro Cosmetics had launched a new liquid foundation called No Doubt Natural Foundation:...
